Step 1:

Book an Appointment

Our doctors are committed to providing safe alternative care that can be managed and maintained by the patient. Please be advised we will provide the appointment location or telehealth link once it has been scheduled and confirmed to ensure the confidentiality of our physicians and patients.

There is a $50 out-of-pocket fee to successfully schedule an appointment online with one of our licensed physicians. A remaining balance of $100 must be paid the day of your scheduled appointment (no checks, please.)

The $50 out-of-pocket fee required to book a session is non-refundable if the patient must cancel. One session reschedule will be permitted.
